How we work

A one-to-one consultation with The Love Knot team. In-person or via Skype. In this consult we will get to know all about you and your personalities. We will discuss the different services and options that we offer. Getting an understanding of your needs and services required.

Once we have all the relevant information we will then send through a quote. If the quote is accepted a 50% non-refundable deposit must be paid to secure your booking.  The remainder will need to be paid 2 weeks before the wedding.

Weather you decided on a small package like Stationary and Flowers or full event coordination.

Packages can be custom designed according to your needs and wants, even if it is only stationary or flowers.

Booking with the Love Knot will include a signed contract by the couple and The Love knot.

Once you have booked with us we will start visual planning and creating, including customised  inspiration boards and Pinterest galleries.

We will start sourcing and recommending suppliers and venues in line with your style and budget.

Once supplier and venues have been finalised. The Love Knot will manage payments and will liaise with vendor and venues to make sure all your planning is hassle free.

On-the-day setup and styling, so you can relax knowing everything will look just as you imagined.
